Before every decision, stewards will read and review both sides of the story before the FINAL reporting outcome. Three stewards will be assigned for every incident reported, and will open a thread on Discord for the drivers to provide all necessary evidence. Stewards reserve the right to request any evidence they deem relevant.
The format to report accidents that should be used is as follows:
Track and Lap Number:
Reporting:
Explanation:
Link Evidence and Time Stamp:
It is important to tag the driver being reported, and to use the correct format. Only drivers involved in the accidents are allowed to discuss/comment in the report.
When reporting or responding, drivers are expected to be sensible and not make any unnecessary comments – such comments will be automatically ignored and drivers would face the possibility of having their responses thrown out.
Stewarding timeline: The stewards will aim to publish all reports of the race incidents either noted or reported within 48 hours of the race start. However, as the stewards all do this on a voluntary basis, there is no guarantee that this timeline will be respected every single week.
All stewards’ decisions are FINAL and CANNOT be appealed.
Reporting an incident: All competitors have until 12pm of the following day
(so if a race was on Monday, the deadline is 12pm on Tuesday) to submit any incident with any other driver to the stewards for a review, which must be done through the stewards’ office channel in Discord.
Any reports submitted after 12pm of the following day will simply be ignored by the stewards.
The stewards are NOT responsible for any incident that is not reviewed if a report is not submitted and the incident in question is not witnessed by the stewards. The stewards however, reserve the power to investigate any incident if they witness an incident that they deem warrants one – even if said incident is not reported.
Penalty points: Drivers who accumulate the following total penalty points will face the following consequences:
5 penalty points – qualifying ban
10 penalty points – race ban
20 penalty points – 2nd race ban
