The Acer Malta GT3 Championship continued last Thursday with the second race held in Silverstone, and it was Sheldon Micallef who took victory, with Adrian Manduca, winner of the opening race, finishing close behind in second.
In what was another very tight qualifying session, Aaron Debattista took pole from Micallef by less than half a tenth of a second, with Carabott and Manduca qualifying close behind in third and fourth respectively. It was yet another disappointing race for Carabott, who in the end could only finish in sixth. Micallef took the win with Manduca finishing the second, while polesitter Debattista finished on the podium as he had to settle for third place.
The next race will be taking place in Mount Panorama, Australia on Thursday 10th October.
