The V1 Malta Series concluded last Monday with the final race taking place in Abu Dhabi, and it was Andrea Borg who went on to take the win. Initially, Daniel Cini finished second on the road with David Mifsud completing the podium, while Alexander Galea finished fifth in the Championship initially. However, the stewards handed a 10-second time penalty to Daniel Cini for an incident which demoted him down to fifth, behind Galea and thus confirmed Galea as the V1 Malta Series champion for this season.
In the end, Galea ended up as champion with Cini runner-up, while Andrea Borg confirmed third place in standings thanks to his victory in the final race. Velocity Esports Racing would like to congratulate Galea on winning the title!
