V1 Malta Series: ADRIAN MANDUCA WINS IN FRANCE AND TAKES OVER IN THE CHAMPIONSHIP STANDINGS

Round 8– France, (Circuit Paul Ricard)

Adrian Manduca (Ferrari) secured his second victory of the season, propelling him to the top of the Championship standings.

In qualifying, Brandon Bonello (Williams) takes pole position with Thomas Elder (RedBull) right behind him taking his first ever front row start in the championship. In the race, Adrian Manduca (Ferrari) had an amazing start and went from third to first in the first corner. Bonello spun out a few corners later and found it difficult to overtake and ended up in P6 after some mistakes. the race settled into a steady rhythm, with the majority of the drivers finding themselves locked in a DRS train or found themselves too distant from their rivals to mount any significant challenges. This made overtaking incredibly challenging, resulting in a somewhat uneventful race.

The Fastest Lap Award was awarded to Kevin Lucchese (Aston Martin). Adrian Manduca (Ferrari) takes his first Driver of the Day Award after he managed a flawless race without making any mistakes.
